Application Guidelines

Surface Preparation

All bonding surfaces should be clean, dry, accurately machined, and free from dust, grease, oil, wax, or other contaminants that may interfere with adhesion.

Application

Apply an even coat of adhesive to one or both mating surfaces using an appropriate applicator. Assemble components within the recommended open time and apply uniform clamping pressure until adequate bond strength is achieved.

Cleanup

Remove excess uncured adhesive with a damp cloth or clean water. Cured adhesive should be removed mechanically.

Storage

Store in tightly sealed original containers between 5°C and 35°C. Protect from freezing, excessive heat, and direct sunlight. Rotate inventory using a first-in, first-out (FIFO) system to maintain optimum product performance.
